These are the results of a short test scan. The object is a lion’s head as part of the decoration of a building. The head itself has a diameter of 5 cm and is made of brass.
This 3D object is based on 39 images taken on a cloudy day with an iPhone SE. The model itself was edited with Agisoft Photoscan.
This object is not an archaeological object, but rather a test of how quickly it is possible to create good 3D models in the “wild”. The photos were taken in 3 minutes and the processing time from start to finish was 40 minutes.
